This guide will help you troubleshoot a situation when you don’t see any Zoho-related events in Google Analytics -> Behavior -> Overview -> view full report (in the bottom left).

  1. Open Zoho – Leads, and create a new Lead. Set “GA Client ID” to “111”. Then hit “Save”.
  2. Right after you complete step #2, go back to Google Analytics – Real-Time – Events – Events (Last 30 min). If you see events with “Zoho CRM” category, it means that it’s working. If not, reach out to [email protected]
