This guide will help you troubleshoot a situation when you don’t see any Zoho-related events in Google Analytics -> Reports -> Engagement -> Events.
- Open Zoho – Leads, and create a new Lead. Set “GA Client ID” to “1111” and “GA Session ID” to “12345”. Then hit “Save”.
- Right after you complete step #1, go back to Google Analytics – Reports – Real-Time Overview – Events. If you see events with “Zoho CRM” category, it means that it’s working. If not, reach out to [email protected]
