It’s totally normal:
- Sometimes the information can’t be determined (for example, keywords from organic searches).
- Sometimes the field just doesn’t apply to a specific situation (e.g. when a user clicks from a blog to your site and there are not UTM parameters, campaign will be “(not set)”).
