You may see an error during the installation of the extension:

In other experience, there are two reasons why this could happen:<\/p>\n

1. You\u2019re using Zoho CRM Free edition.\u00a0How to check your Zoho CRM Edition?<\/a><\/p>\n

2. There is an error on Zoho back-end, which can usually be fixed by Zoho support.<\/p>\n

We recommend writing something like this to support@zohocrm.com:<\/p>\n

Hi Zoho Team<\/em><\/p>\n

I\u2019m trying to install this extension: ((add the link))<\/em><\/p>\n

But instead of seeing the extension setup wizard, I am just routed to the Zoho Home dashboard.<\/em><\/p>\n

I already tried clearing cache and cookies of my browser and also tried a different browser and its doing the same thing.<\/em><\/p>\n
