We have developed a <\/span>Zoho CRM extension<\/span>\u00a0to speed up the creation of fields that will hold analytics data about your users. You can install it here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the installation, please select the correct permissions depending on who you want to see the fields<\/strong> (everyone, admin or certain profiles only). Otherwise, you would need to re-install the extension, because\u00a0Zoho locks the viewing permissions for extension fields.<\/p>\n

This extension is just a set of fields the purpose of which is to store users\u2019 source, medium, keyword, location and other information about them.\u00a0<\/span>All the work of filling out those fields is done by the GA Connector tracking code and the website forms.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Make sure you have installed the <\/span>GA Connector code<\/span><\/a>\u00a0on your website and integrated it with your forms.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Install this\u00a0<\/span>Zoho CRM extension<\/span>. If you encounter an error during installation, please consult this article<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Once the extension is installed, these fields should automatically show up within your Lead object:\"\"\n
