If you followed\u00a0<\/span>this instruction<\/a>, your Zoho CRM Leads already contain GA Client IDs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now the goal it to get GA Client IDs from converted Leads to Accounts and Potentials – so that GA Connector extension can send Google Analytics events about these objects too.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

How to Map Google Analytics CID<\/h2>\n

1. First, go to Zoho, click on the top right button and click on “Setup<\/strong>“<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0Select Modules<\/strong> or Modules and Fields<\/strong><\/p>\n

3.\u00a0Point at Leads<\/strong>, and in the tooltip that appears click on Lead Conversion Mapping<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

4.\u00a0In the table that appears, find “<\/span>Google Analytics Client ID<\/b>” <\/span><\/p>\n

In the event that you already have the <\/span>GA Connector Fields Extension<\/span><\/a> installed in Zoho, look for the <\/span>GA Client ID<\/b> field instead.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

5.\u00a0In the first (Account) and third (Potential\/Deal) column, select “<\/span>Google Analytics Client ID<\/span>” for the Google Analytics Client ID field and\u00a0<\/span>GA Client ID<\/span>\u00a0for the GA Client ID field.<\/span><\/p>\n

This will map GA CID from Leads to Potentials and Accounts.<\/p>\n

6. Finally, click “Save<\/strong>“<\/p>\n
