Zoho to GA4 allows you to send stats on closed deals from Zoho as events, allowing you to see deals closed by your sales team in Google Analytics.<\/p>\n<h3>Installation Guide<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/crm.zoho.com\/market\/installPrivatePlugin.do?portalName=sergeyzuev&amp;nameSpace=gaconnectorfields1&amp;versionIndex=1298070000000654001\"><strong><u>Install our GA Connector Extension<\/u><\/strong><\/a><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Our\u00a0extension contains the field \u201c<strong>Google Analytics Client ID<\/strong>\u201d which GA Connector uses to know which lead\/account\/deal\/contact belongs to which website visitor in Google Analytics. It also contains the \u201c<strong>Session ID<\/strong>\u201d field which is important for attributing your events to the correct session.Note:\u00a0<em><em>If you are using our product: GA-to-CRM (any version) and have already installed our extension, please upgrade your version via the link above. Make sure that you are upgrading your version and not doing a re-install to make sure no data is lost.<\/em><\/em>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Configure your web forms to save the Google Analytics Client ID and Session ID<\/u><\/strong><br \/>\nNow that you have the custom field added to your objects, you\u2019ll need to configure your web forms to save the ID (Google Analytics Client ID) of your web visitors to this field. Depending on what form you are using, there are different methods of retrieving the Google Analytics Client ID.Note:\u00a0<em><em>If you are using our product: GA-to-CRM (API version) no need to set up your forms as we automatically send this information to Zoho CRM for you.<\/em><\/em>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Connect your GA4 Property<\/u><\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>Go to your\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/app.gaconnector.com\/dashboard\/integration\/crm-to-ga4\">CRM-to-GA Integration Configuration page<\/a>\u00a0add your GA4 property. At the preferences section, set it to\u00a0<strong><em>Active<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong><u>Authorize GA Connector in Zoho CRM<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong>In order for GA Connector to start sending events to Zoho, you\u2019ll need to grant GA Connector permissions.
