In GA4, Universal Analytics\u2019 goals are called conversions.<\/span><\/p>\n

GA Connector sends events to GA4 based on different data points from your Salesforce CRM, if any of these events is valuable to your business, you can easily mark them as conversions in GA4.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Setting up an existing event as a conversion<\/b><\/h2>\n

  1. In Google Analytics, click Admin<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Select the account and property where you need to set up the conversion<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. In the Property column, click <\/span>Events<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. In the Existing Events<\/strong> table, select the events that you want to mark as conversions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Note<\/b>: Marking an event as a conversion affects reports from the time of creation. It does not change historical data.<\/p>\n
