If\u00a0you don&#8217;t see any GA info in your CRM, this guide unfortunately won&#8217;t help: please contact support@gaconnector.com.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\"><strong>But it is not picking up Adwords info<\/strong>. Either GA Connector picks up some Adwords info (usually just source\/medium), or it doesn&#8217;t\u00a0recognize Adwords traffic at all.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 dir=\"auto\">How to troubleshoot Adwords tracking<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<h4 dir=\"auto\">I. Submit your Adwords webform<\/h4>\n<div dir=\"auto\">1. Do a search for one of your keywords and click on your ad (preferably the one that you know isn&#8217;t being tracked).<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">2. <strong>Save the URL of your landing page<\/strong> (you will need it in the next steps).<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">3. Submit\u00a0one of your webforms\u00a0and make sure that this lead is actually not tracked before you do further troubleshooting.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<h4 dir=\"auto\">II.\u00a0Check your\u00a0landing page for UTM parameters<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">4. Make sure that your landing page URL contains all of the following UTM parameters: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_keyword. Your URL should look something like this: https:\/\/yourdomain.com\/landing_page?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_campaign=your_campaign&amp;utm_content=your_adgroup&amp;utm_keyword=your_keyword<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">5. If your landing page URL contains all of the UTM parameters, make sure that your landing page contains GA Connector tracking code. If it does but your\u00a0Adwords leads still aren&#8217;t properly tracked, please contact support@gaconnector.com and provide your full landing page URL (with UTM parameters).<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">6. If your landing page doesn&#8217;t contain any or just some of the UTM parameters, proceed with this troubleshooting guide.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<h4 dir=\"auto\">III.\u00a0Check your ad groups&#8217; URL suffix<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><a href=\"https:\/\/gaconnector.com\/docs\/tag-adword-links\/\">GA Connector script for Adwords<\/a>\u00a0uses &#8220;Final URL suffix&#8221; to automatically add UTM parameters to your ads. That&#8217;s why the next step is to:<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">7. Find the ad group that contains the ad that you clicked (step 1 of this guide).<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">8. Open &#8220;Settings&#8221; (of this ad group), then click on Ad group URL options.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">9. If you don&#8217;t see this final URL suffix, try running\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gaconnector.com\/docs\/tag-adword-links\/\">this script<\/a>\u00a0again. If final URL suffix is still empty, please contact support@gaconnector.com<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<h4 dir=\"auto\">IV.\u00a0Other things to try<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<p>11. Please check Settings &#8211; URL options &#8211; Final URL suffix on campaign level too. It might be interfering with ad group final URL suffix.<\/p>\n<p>12. Check for tracking templates (also in Settings &#8211; URL options) for your campaigns and ad groups. It might be interfering too.<\/p>\n<p>13. Make sure that conflicting UTM parameters aren&#8217;t added directly to\u00a0your ad URLs.<\/p>\n<p>14. You can try sending a screenshot of your campaigns&#8217; and ad groups&#8217;s\u00a0Settings &#8211; URL options to support@gaconnector.com.
