Now that you’ve added GA data to your Zoho CRM, you probably want to display it in a meaningful way. You probably want to see reports that will allow you to see things like the number Deals\u00a0that came from a specific traffic source.<\/p>\n

In this article, we’ll go though the process of creating such a report.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

First, go to Zoho CRM – Reports – Create Report<\/h3>\n

Select a module you want to report on<\/h3>\n
\n

In this case, Potentials (also known as “Deals”)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Pick “Matrix Report”<\/h3>\n
\n

<\/div>\n
\n

Set Report Representation Groupings<\/h3>\n

<\/div>\n
\n

Set Report Representation Columns to Total<\/h3>\n

In case of Potentials, we recommend Sum – Amount or Count.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Leave filters blank<\/h3>\n
\n

Or set them if you want to only report on a subset of your Potentials.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Pick report name, folder and click “Save”<\/h3>\n
